Merryweather Damson is a very good damson tree producing reasonable-sized fruits. Not as fertile as Farleigh Damson. It is self-fertile, but sets even better with the right pollinator. Suitable for the North. A good cooking plum and a reliable cropper. Fruit ready to pick in September.
