Saturn is an apple variety that is particularly suitable for organic production. It does better with a suitable pollinator. It is ideal for the garden. The apples are of medium size, fair flavour, crisp and with juicy flesh. Disease resistance is good. The variety was introduced by East Malling Research Station in 1997.
