Vranja is a quince variety, a prolific cropper producing very large fruit, with good flavour. The tree is of strong vigour, with large leaves.and beautiful flowers in the spring. Only minimal pruning is recommended.
Quince trees are considered as self-fruitful, but the presence of another quince variety greatly increases fruit set and cropping.
